Florida Medicaid NEMT Provider Enrollment
Non-emergency medical transportation does not require a standalone state facility license in Florida. Leyland Transport will pursue Florida Medicaid Provider Type 41 (NEMT) enrollment — administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) — once our vehicle, insurance, and required documentation are in place.
