Service Types
Every vehicle and driver is matched to the specific needs of the patient.
Ambulatory
For patients who can walk but need assistance. Our drivers provide full door-to-door support — entering and exiting the vehicle included.
Wheelchair
Specially trained drivers assist wheelchair-bound patients with safe, door-to-door service. Patients are never left unattended at any point.
Before You Book
Riders over 230 lbs, and trips involving buildings with multiple floors, need a quick call before booking so we can confirm the right vehicle and a working elevator. Weekend trips are by appointment.
Special Trips
Personal needs beyond medical appointments — family events, shopping, errands, banking, hair appointments, airport runs, and more.
Private-Pay Pricing
Straightforward rates. We confirm your exact price on the booking call, before anything is finalized.

Extras

Cancellations
- 24 hours or more ahead: no charge
- Inside 24 hours: $25
- Driver already on the way: half the fare
- Rider not at the pickup: full fare
Example: a 10-mile one-way wheelchair ride is $60 + (5 extra miles × $3.25) = $76.25. The same ride in an ambulatory vehicle is $58.75. A round trip is priced as two one-way trips.
