Leyland Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation services. Our services include:

  • Ambulatory transportation
  • Wheelchair transportation
  • Bariatric transportation
  • Special trips for medical appointments and personal needs

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking transportation
  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Treat our staff and vehicles with respect
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges

4. Booking and Cancellation

We require advance notice for bookings to ensure service availability. Cancellation policies are as follows:

  • 24-hour notice: No cancellation fee
  • 12-24 hour notice: 50% of scheduled service fee
  • Less than 12 hours: Full service fee may apply
  • No-shows: Full service fee applies

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions include:

  • Services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept major credit cards, insurance, and approved corporate accounts
  • Additional fees may apply for wait time, after-hours service, or special requirements

6. Insurance and Billing

For insurance-covered transportation:

  • Proper documentation must be provided prior to service
  • Patient is responsible for any non-covered charges
  • We will assist with insurance billing but cannot guarantee coverage

7. Safety and Conduct

For everyone's safety:

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times
  • No smoking, eating, or drinking in vehicles
  • Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
  • Proper medical documentation required for certain conditions

8. Limitation of Liability

Leyland Transport strives to provide reliable service but is not liable for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Personal items left in vehicles
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Medical emergencies during transport

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We protect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
