You may also contact our dispatch center for assistance with scheduling, recurring trips, or same-day availability.

We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. However, we do accommodate same-day requests in Orlando and Central Florida based on availability.

Yes. We provide recurring non-emergency medical transportation for dialysis, physical therapy, radiation treatments, and other ongoing medical appointments throughout Central Florida.

We provide wheelchair and ambulatory non-emergency medical transportation throughout Orlando and Central Florida, with door-to-door assistance at every step. We do not provide stretcher transport. Riders over 230 lbs, and trips involving buildings with multiple floors, need a quick call before booking so we can confirm the right vehicle and a working elevator. Weekend trips are by appointment.

Yes. We provide non-emergency medical transportation throughout Orlando, including hospital visits, dialysis appointments, specialist care, and rehabilitation services.

Yes. Our service area includes Kissimmee, Osceola County, Winter Park, Apopka, and all of Orange County. We coordinate wheelchair and ambulatory transport for medical appointments across 13 Central Florida counties.

We currently accept private pay by credit or debit card, paid through a secure payment link we send after your price is confirmed. We are pursuing Florida Medicaid, Medicaid broker, and Veterans Affairs transport, but none of these are active yet. Contact us for pricing details for transportation in Orlando and Central Florida.

Rides are priced by ride type and distance. Wheelchair van rides start at a $70 pickup fee (first 5 miles included) plus $3.25 per additional mile, and ambulatory rides start at $55 plus $2.75 per mile. See the full rate list. Medicare coverage for non-emergency medical transportation depends on eligibility and medical necessity. We recommend verifying your benefits with your Medicare provider before scheduling transport.

Florida Medicaid may provide transportation benefits for eligible patients, usually arranged through Medicaid's transportation brokers. Leyland Transport is not yet enrolled with them, so we can't bill Medicaid today. Contact us and we'll let you know when that changes.

We work with nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities to coordinate transport. We do not bill insurance companies at this time. Contact our office at [email protected] for partnership inquiries.

Yes. All drivers are required to pass thorough background checks and are expected to complete patient-assistance training and hold CPR/first-aid certification before transporting patients.

Our vehicles are routinely inspected and sanitized to ensure passenger safety and compliance with Florida transportation standards. We maintain detailed maintenance logs for every vehicle in our fleet.

Leyland Transport is completing the insurance, documentation, and credentialing steps required before accepting patient bookings. We're building our program to meet or exceed all state and federal requirements for non-emergency medical transportation providers.
